For our authentic à la carte Mediterranean restaurant Mezzaluna which is renowned for the finest Italian and Mediterranean cuisine in Abu Dhabi and is rated among the top 3 Italian restaurants in the United Arab Emirates we are looking for an enthusiastic Italian Chef de Cuisine.
Mezzaluna’s kitchen is a chef’s dream with state of the art equipment, well designed work area and ample storage.
Diners at Mezzaluna include Heads of State, Sheiks and Royal Family members along with regular returning guests.
You will be in charge of the culinary site of the free standing Mezzaluna restaurant, which boasts seating for 70 indoor guests and 40 outdoor guests during the cooler months. You will supervise a brigade of 15 staff members.
