DESCRIPTION OF POSITION / JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of hotel reservations systems and processes, preferably experience with the MARSHA system. Strong leadership and selling skills. Excellent communications and selling and up-selling skills. Ability to train and motivate a team to high performance. Knowledge of one or more languages in addition to English is desirable.
